
You can expect to do calisthenics, such as lunges, squats, and crunches. We work with 2–10lb. eights although 5lbs. would be efficient. B-Fit is a type of interval training — bursts of low and high impact activity. You work at your own pace depending on your level. We get the heart rate pumping as we do each exercise for 1 minute. We will include movements that increase blood circulation throughout the body and increase heart rate.
