B-Fit Chair is a functional aerobic workout that is done sitting in a chair. It is designed to increase your range of motion, burn calories, build strength and better your flexibility. In addition, we will also be working on balance and stability.
This is a great low-impact way to incorporate movement into your routine. We will be using light hand weights and gym shoes are preferred for this class along with a bottle of water. We’ll be rockin out to the oldies to boot!
This is a beginner class and an excellent introduction to the B-Fit Cardio Class.
