Combination of ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Yoga, and strength training. We do classic moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. We use 2-3lb. weights, a mat and sometimes bands in Yoga socks or bare feet. Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements while working on balance.
NOTE: There is a different start time for Mon and Wed classes. Mon is 9-10am and Wed is 10:30-11:30am.
