Schedule of Group Classes
All Group Classes are held in monthly sessions. They are grouped as 8 classes of the same class, occurring 2x a week at the same time and days (M/W or T/Th) for a duration of 4 weeks.
To register for a monthly session, follow these steps:
- Click on the first day the class is held for the month you want to participate in on the monthly calendar
- Use the “+” sign to add the number of attendees signing up for that specific monthly session
- Click on “Register Now”
- Log into your PayPal account or click on the button “Pay with a Credit or Debit Card”
- Complete the payment form
Once signed up, you will receive 2 emails. One will be confirmation that you registered and the second will be a copy of your receipt.

Please read our Release of Liability Waiver. All new participants will be required to sign the waiver in order to participate in any of the classes. You may print this and bring it in with you, or you can sign one in person.
COVID policy: We do not require any masks or proof of vaccination. Wearing a mask is completely optional and will not impact your ability to participate participate in ANY of our offerings with West Valley Personal Training. Your health is important to us and we follow all SCW guidelines with COVID. If you have any symptoms, we recommend and ask that you please stay home so we can keep everyone as safe as possible.

All Group Fitness and Q & A Sessions will require a minimum of 5 participants, will have no more than 16 for Stability & Balance, Stretching & Foam Rolling and Q & A, and no more than 25 for Barre, B-Fit Cardio and Zumba. In the event there are less than 5 participants for a session, we will let you know 24 hours in advance before the start date of the first class followed by a full refund within 48 hours. In the event you need to cancel your registration, we will give you a full refund if cancelation occurs 24 hours before the start of the first monthly session class.
