Group Training
West Valley Personal Training offers Group Training to both SCW residents and its employees. These fun and motivating classes are great for individuals, as well as friends, who want to help push and hold each other accountable.
We keep our Group Fitness Classes small (up to 25 participants) and Small Group Training classes (up to 12 participants). All of theses classes are held at RH Johnson Recreation Center (Group Fitness Room).
Our Group Instructors and Certified Fitness Trainers will make sure you give your all!

Small Group Training
Our most popular class is growing! We are now offering 4 weekly classes in the morning. Be sure to check out the current times below and on the Class Calendar. These classes are in high demand and are the best option to achieve your fitness goals maximize your results.
Group Fitness Classes
We offer 4 different types of group fitness classes each month. The classes offered are:
Barre, B-Fit Cardio, B-Fit Chair (TBD) and Zumba.
All group training offerings are grouped into monthly sessions. Each monthly session will include a total of 8 of the same classes, 2x a week, on the same days (Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs or Wed/Fri) and times* for a duration of 4 weeks.
Q & A Sessions
We offer a complimentary Q & A session held the 2nd Wednesday of every month.*
