Group Training

West Valley Personal Training offers Group Training to both SCW residents and its employees.  These fun and motivating classes are great for individuals, as well as friends, who want to help push and hold each other accountable.

We keep our group training classes small (up to 25 participants).  All of theses classes are held at RH Johnson Recreation Center.

Our Group Instructors will make sure you give your all!

Group Classes Offered

Fitness Sessions

We offer 5 different types of group fitness classes each month.  The classes offered are:
B-Fit Cardio, Barre, Stability & Balance, Stretching & Foam Rolling and Zumba.

These classes are grouped into monthly sessions.  Each monthly session will include a total of 8 of the same classes, 2x a week, on the same days (Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs) and times for a duration of 4 weeks.

Q & A Sessions

We offer a complimentary Q & A session held the 2nd Wednesday of every month.
