Where We Train

We have several locations for where we provide Personal Training and one location where we provide Group Training.

Personal Training

For residents and employees of SCW, Personal Training is conducted at all 4 of the Sun City West Recreation Centers (see below).

For non-SCW residents, Personal Training takes place in various locations available to the trainers (see below).

Group Training

For residents and employees of SCW, our Group Training classes take place in the RH Johnson Recreational Center.

Private Studios

We have local private studios in Glendale, Cave Creek, Northwest Peoria (Vistancia Community) and Goodyear/Buckeye (Verrado) for private One-on-One and Couples Training.  Visit the About Us page to read more about which trainers train at these locations.
